The fee guarantee
We guarantee the risk reversal. Not a #1 position.
If the agreed scorecard shows no measurable improvement after 90 consecutive days, Serum waives the month-four management fee.
What counts as improvement
The starting scorecard records the clinic's presence across the locked AI buyer searches and the movement of the agreed Google Search or Maps terms. Improvement means at least one additional AI search naming the clinic, or net positive movement across the majority of the agreed Google terms. If neither happens, month four is free.
What keeps the guarantee valid
- The clinic completes all three paid months.
- Required access, facts, and approvals arrive within three business days.
- Approved changes remain live during the measurement period.
- The clinic does not change its name, location, domain, or primary services during the sprint.
What is not guaranteed
Serum does not guarantee a #1 ranking, permanent AI recommendation, lead volume, bookings, treatment revenue, or a specific platform response. The guarantee covers Serum's month-four management fee. It does not refund the first three months or third-party costs.

Is the sprint really $497 per month?
Yes. The founding-pilot price is $497 USD per month for one clinic location and up to two priority treatments. Work outside the written scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No automatic long-term renewal. The measured sprint requires three monthly payments and 90 consecutive days. After the final report, you can stop or choose a new monthly scope.
Does the price include ad spend or a new website?
No. The sprint covers the agreed visibility work on the clinic's current web presence. Advertising, hosting, paid placements, major development, and a full redesign are separate.
Does Serum guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend my clinic?
No. AI platforms and search engines control their own results. Serum guarantees the stated fee remedy if the agreed scorecard shows no improvement under the written conditions.
Who reviews the work?
Nadir owns the engagement. A person reviews every clinic claim, page change, query result, and monthly report before it is delivered or published.
