The starting scope

Four pages.
One coherent website.

Start with the essentials. Each page has a clear job, with responsive layouts for phones, tablets and desktop screens.

01

Home

Explain what the business does and guide visitors to company and investor information.

02

Company

Present your operations, leadership and company background using approved facts and images.

03

Investors

Organize reports and filings with clear links to official sources and an approved investor contact.

04

Contact

Make the right email addresses and company contact details easy to find.

Agree on the requirements first.

The build includes clear navigation, content migration for the agreed pages, page titles and heading structure, and checks of key links. Final scope and price depend on your requirements. Forms, stock feeds and other integrations are scoped separately.

From review to launch

You approve
what goes live.

We agree on the page list, responsibilities and review steps before work starts.

  1. Review the content

We review the current site, documents and content that needs to stay. Your company names a content owner and approver, supplies the source material and confirms the facts.

  2. Design and build

We organize the four pages and build a private version for review. You can see how the content, navigation and layouts work together.

  3. Get company approval

Your team reviews the design, wording, document links and contact details. We make the agreed changes and get approval before launch.

  4. Launch and hand over

We check the agreed pages on mobile and desktop, verify navigation and document links, then launch with your authorization. You receive the source files, access instructions and an editing guide for the chosen platform.

After launch

Maintenance, if you need it.

Optional maintenance can cover content updates, link reviews and platform updates where applicable. We agree on the work, fees and response arrangements in writing.

Your company owns its content and remains responsible for supplying and approving timely disclosures. Serum handles the agreed website work.
